Responsibilities Process electronic billing adjudication Answer phone calls in a prompt and professional manner regarding general billing questions including 3rd Party, Hospice, Medicare, Medicaid and payments Maintains confidence and protects sensitive information for patients Reports to billing supervisor Works closely with others within the team Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year long term care pharmacy experience (preferred) Knowledge of medical terminology Strong knowledge of private pay billing, Medicare A billing and adjudication of Medicare B and D Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks Well-received/respected by coworkers Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Be a motivated self-starter Optimistic and confident with willingness to maintain positive company morale What We Offer For Full Time Employees:   -401 K   -Full Benefits   -PTO   -HSA and FSA   -Life and Disability Insurance   -EAP   -Career Advancement Opportunities and Cross Training Opportunities     -Recognition Programs   -FUN and much more         This employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
