To join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! Customer Service Representatives support staff ensuring a smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role will be supporting our Madison Team supporting our IRA program and WI Focus on Energy program.

Successful candidates must reside in Madison Wisconsin.

You’re a great fit if you can…

Drive success in a high-volume inbound customer support environment by using a dialer to assist utility customers with their rebate applications

Provide education on eligibility requirements and request additional information as needed

Perform clerical duties including data entry, mail management, file merging, and assisting in file archival systems while ensuring data security and workflow efficiency

Support internal operations by preparing, scanning, and routing mail, faxes, emails, and online submissions accurately

Review application submissions to determine required documentation and ensure program terms are met.

Complete review processes by obtaining and reviewing supporting documentation in accordance with program terms and conditions.

Verify and review data for accuracy following established quality control practices

Attend staff meetings and other program support

Fluent in English and Spanish

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and SharePoint

Previous experience in a call center environment

Environment

Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm schedule

Must be a Wisconsin resident and must be willing to commute to Madison Office 5 days a week

Compensation:

$20.00 / hourly
