Your work environment at EXP

In this role you will report directly to the Director of Building Structures to assist in innovating new and implementing existing internal and external BIM standards for building structure focused projects.  You will work regularly with structural staff of all levels to ensure both quality and consistency of construction documents.  Expect to coordinate model development between other internal groups as well as external consultants and clients.

 

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Serve as a subject matter expert for Autodesk Revit. Expect involvement in a variety of both project sizes business units. Work with teams both locally, nationwide, and internationally. Contribute technology focused ideas to improve the efficiency of drawing production.

 

What your experience looks like

Excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent technical skills in construction drawings production using Revit. Experience creating custom families and shared parameters. Passionate champion of new technology and sharing skills with project teams. 1+ years’ experience in AEC industry, primarily focused on Structural Engineering Design. Associates degree or higher in AEC or IT related field. Experience with other BIM or CAD Software (Navisworks, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Infraworks). Experience with Cloud Platforms (BIM360, ProjectWise). Experience with Rhino
