Role description:

This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world. Role accountabilities:

What you will work on:

Attending Project Team Meetings and communicating with project Consultants and Clients. Produce, release and request packages. 

ACC        

Coordinates with client and project BIM Lead Team and advises our Arcadis BIM Team on daily WSP project updates. Attends weekly client Project team meetings. Publishing and model sharing on ACC and email updates with descriptions of weekly models shared. Updates/Exports CAD content for consultants and follows up with consultants' sharing. ACC Coordination set up and ACC project maintenance;  file descriptions in ACC.  ACC submissions and PDF Printing. Clash detection, identify + resolve high priority clashes in ACC, general ACC model fixes. Attend Client Clash meetings. Find clash resolutions and format them into Excel clash reports and as Clash Issues in ACC and project Revit models. ACC Revit and linked model’s geolocation (in Revit and AutoCAD).

Revit      

BIM processes setup and notifications.  General help editing Revit families and parameters.  UNIFI Family organization. Component Catalogue: Assign Project Breakdown Structure levels as required. LOD Matrix Review. Export CAD files weekly for important key Sheets in Revit for Consultants to use as CAD Backgrounds. Export NWC Files.  Revit Schedule and maintenance are in MS Excel, Revit, and DiRoots. Interact with other BIM software tools, add-ins, and software. QA/QC tasks and Model Health checks/updates using Revit Bim Interoperability Tools. Consultant Revit model errors troubleshooting.

CAD        

CAD Containers setup and CAD dwg files. CAD Georeferencing (in Revit and AutoCAD). Review checks for CAD Review checklist.  Arcadis SharePoint setup and file sharing.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.  Proficient with Autodesk BIM software Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks. Experience working with BIM Document Review (BEP, Comp Catalogue, LOD), understanding roles and responsibilities, document management processes and standards(naming conventions, shared parameters, asset attributes list, transmittal record, etc.). Experience managing BIM models for quality control and review processes, creating and using templates and object libraries. Versed in collaboration with consultants, understanding efficient communication and distribution of responsibilities. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Excellent time management skills.
