We hire the best and the brightest from across the country – constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services. **A DAY IN THE LIFE** · Lead project clash detection and analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between trades · Coordinate the exchange of BIM data between various design teams and software platforms · Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) · Develop and maintain BIM protocols for a variety of project types · Generate BIM deliverables such as 3D views, schedules, and reports · Be a BIM champion, advocating for current processes and exploring future opportunities · Participate in piloting VDC technology throughout the construction process · Create, maintain, and update BIM models using software like Revit or similar platforms · Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and best practices **NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS** · Preferred degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent work experience · 4-6 years of project coordination experience · Advanced knowledge in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD · Proficiency with Coordination platforms and tools (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360) · Excellent understanding of BIM workflows and best practices · Experience utilizing point cloud and reality capture technologies and data · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Excellent communication and collaboration skills · Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively · Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy · Ability to work independently and run projects from kick off through completion **MAKE YOUR MOVE** We are proud to be one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned companies in America, celebrating over 30 years of experience as design-build experts.
