Role description:

Support the BIM manager during the development of high-profile projects from design stage to construction reviewing, marking-up and running clash detection analysis on design consultants’ and contractors’ models as part of Arcadis BIM Management service

Role accountabilities:

Attend regular PM and BIM management meetings
Support the BIM Manager define the BIM strategy and write the BIM Execution Plan
Assist project managers regarding design and documentation issues
Perform model reviews
Review models against drawing packages to ensure they are consistent with the design intent
Establish robust quality control procedures to ensure that all models and datasets are accurate and that the level of information is fit for purpose.
Runs clash detection analysis and produces reports for design consultants and the project managers
Assigns and tracks actions to correct model clashes within BIM360
Ensures all models comply with the BIM Execution Plan – markup and track actions where there are non-conformances
Supports client modelling teams with model setup, modelling and training as required
Ensure proper documentation of all issues
Use checklist set-up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

Self-starter who is passionate about developing the use of BIM in an effective and efficient way in Philippines
Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Professional license required)
Minimum of 3 years of BIM modelling experience using Revit Software
Demonstrate level of proficiency of knowledge in Revit Architecture, AutoCad and other related software
Knowledge or Dynamo visual programming desirable
