Job Title: BIM Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with proficiency in BIM design and the ability to handle annotations independently. The ideal candidate will provide drafting and design services in Revit for engineering projects across various sectors, including industrial, data centers, commercial, government, and energy.

ResponsibilitiesProvide drafting and design in Revit for design-build and bid-build projects.Independently handle BIM design annotations.Coordinate and model clashes in Revit.Perform QA/QC on shop drawings before construction release.Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code for safe installation of electrical equipment.Essential Skills4 to 10 years of experience in Electrical MEP design.Proficiency in the latest REVIT MEP.Experience with AutoCAD.Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles.Familiarity with the National Electrical Code.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in BIM coordination is a plus.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail.Work Environment

The role is based at our Laurel, MD office, with some fieldwork required. We maintain core working hours, offering flexibility as long as a full day is worked. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69
