Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are looking for a BIM Specialist to join our teams in Brussels and work on a strategic project in the engineering sector. You will be part of a competence center dedicated to project support, technology implementation and interdisciplinary collaboration, with a pragmatic, field-driven approach to BIM.
You will play a key role in deploying effective BIM practices and continuously improving operational procedures.
Your missionsSupport the implementation and adoption of new technologies and tools by project teams.
Analyze technical disciplines, define requirements, identify interfaces, and co-develop optimized solutions.
Monitor and enhance existing processes based on feedback and performance tracking.
Document and communicate best practices across project teams.
Contribute to the development and execution of the BIM roadmap.
Investigate technical challenges and propose practical, budget- and timeline-compliant solutions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams depending on project scope (Project Delivery, Civil & Track, Electrification, Signaling, Logistics & Supply, Procurement...).
Report to stakeholders on progress and project outcomes.
Your profileYou have between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience in engineering or BIM process implementation and a strong desire to make a tangible impact on project performance.
You have hands-on experience with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Dynamo, Naviswork, and at least 2 years with ACC Docs and ACC BIM Collaborate.
You understand BIM principles, and knowledge of ISO19650_1 & 2 is a plus.
You are curious, structured, autonomous, and recognized for your analytical mindset.
You are comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and enjoy collaborative environments.
You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel…).
You are fluent in french and english.
