QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidate must be a graduate of Industrial Technology, Drafting, Architecture Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or IT related courses.
· Proven experience working as BIM specialist or similar role (at least 2 years experience)
· Proficiency in range of BIM softwares, including but not limited to:
Autodesk revit Tekla Structures Navisworks BIM 360· Proficiency in digital tools such as dynamo, grasshopper, python, revit API, etc. is an advantage.
· Must be willing to work at the head office.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identify areas for improvement and provide automation solutions to improve workflows.
· Provide technical supports to less experience staff/s
· Assist in developing/updating training materials and Tekla/Revit and other digital tools user guides.
· Ensure up to date training for all BIM users or new tools, new product features and updates.
· Monitor teams’ progression on the use of new tools/applications.
· Continuous research and development to optimize BIM tools with its new product features and updates.
· Conducts various research on BIM-related best practices to improve workflows, and to ensure efficient collaboration.
· Drive innovation initiatives within the team that improves timeliness, cost efficiency, quality and customer experience.
· Provides regular updates/reports to Supervisor.
· Perform any related task as directed by the supervisor.
