As a BIM Specialist for Ware Malcomb, you will be responsible for the production of construction documents and supporting Ware Malcomb offices under supervision of The Production Studios. You will assist with project coordination, company details & templates, library creation and maintenance. You will utilize your architectural knowledge to ensure competent BIM models and communication between project team members.Your RoleCreate and maintain the Ware Malcomb BIM family library and provide project-specific assistance when required by creating custom content.Constantly review and improve on all BIM content and training materials to keep up with industry and company standards as well as keep up with the latest technology trends.Keep close communication with the BIM Lead in each office and with Production Managers in The Production Studios in order to ensure both parties are adhering to company standards.Assist in the BIM management of complex projects as required by The Production Studios.Ensure complex models are done to standards and have the proper custom content they require.Provide advanced BIM training sessions and assist The Production Studios in production work when needed.Qualifications4+ years of experience in the field of Architecture or Interior Design3+ years of BIM experienceArchitecture or Interior Design degree or Technical College Degree/CertificateKnowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture programProven record of creating complex BIM ModelsStrong BIM problem-solving capabilities and ability to learn new software or techniquesStrong computer skills are essentialEstablished in 1972, Ware Malcomb is a contemporary and expanding full service design firm providing professional architecture, planning, interior design, civil engineering, branding and building measurement services to corporate, commercial/residential developer and public/institutional clients throughout the world.
