BIM Technician

In this position, you will get to:
+ Develop detailed Revit models for MEP using nVent products. Produce accurate technical drawings and construction documents from Revit.
+ Development of Revit families, expanding the BIM library to support customer needs.
+ Collaborate with BIM team, application engineers, and other stakeholders to interpret and implement design specifications.
+ Assist the implementation and management of BIM workflows and standards with the engineering team.
+ Coordinate with technical lead to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts within the model, including clashes between different building systems.
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues.
You have:
+ Associate’s degree or technical degree in a relevant field (e.g., architecture, engineering, construction management).
+ 3+ years of BIM experience with proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
+ Knows or is able to learn the following: BIM360/ACC, Bluebeam, Dynamo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Tekla Structures
+ Skills
+ Project Modeling: Strong understanding of building design principles and construction processes **.**
+ Content creation: Families including parametric, formula, nested and type catalogs data.
+ Integration of Revit, ACC, Navisworks, and other Autodesk software with other applications as directed.
+ Ability to accurately interpret engineering documentation and translate into BIM 3D modeling with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers.
+ Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
+ Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Curious, collaborative, innovative
+ Fluent in English
+ Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands:
+ Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours
+ Able to excel under pressure and meet established deadlines
+ Ability to negotiate and work with outside agencies
+ Ability to work across time zones in a multi-cultural environment
+ The ability to clearly and comfortably view, interpret and process information via a computer monitor for extended periods during normal working hours
