Description:
Manage, direct, and supervise all personnel assigned to the Bingo Department. Implement Bingo Department policies, procedures, and guidelines. Safeguard the Company's assets and institute and follow guidelines for controlling all funds and access to all sensitive areas. Handle Guest complaints in a manner consistent with Company guidelines. Schedule Team Members. Institute promotional ideas and obtain the best pricing for the Company. Able to budget appropriately and safeguard Company expenses. Promote teamwork within the organization and department. Set up and enforce guidelines to enable compliance with the Minimum Internal Control Standards. Able to conduct effective financial planning and forecasting. Conduct daily audits on all aspects of Bingo games and operations.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Convey written and oral thoughts clearly and precisely. Be a good listener. Listen effectively. Present ideas effectively in formal and informal situations. Being proactive at keeping Team Members informed, and solicit and respond to internal and external feedback. Possess a clear understanding of the philosophy and mission of the Company and lead by example and role modeling team-oriented behavior. Take initiative, and maintain a constructive relationship with Team Members. Knowledge of regulation 6A requirements, and all gaming procedures relating to the Bingo Department.
