ROLE SUMMARY:
Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. They also oversee aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms and a rice mill. Life in supply is nonstop action with high-speed lines, tight production schedules and unbelievably high quality standards. This is a place where we measure productivity in seconds, not hours, days or weeks. Paramount in all of this is a commitment to safety above all else and social responsibility. 99.8% of everything that enters our breweries is either completely used in the process or recycled. We also dedicate those big, high-speed lines to help our communities during times of disaster by packaging cans of emergency drinking water. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

Effectively manages time between floor and administrative duties.Ensure all BTS operations are functioning properly using HMI and process trends.Analyze and populate KPI's and quality data to maximize performance.Responsible for managing and operating all equipment associated with the BTS operation including SOP's, HAACP, sanitation, by product shipments and preventative maintenance work .Interface with zone technical support and vendor support to manage BTS biology to ensure optimum performance.Responsible for developing and managing to operating budget for BTS.Coordinates and procures all required chemicals and supplies to keep BTs running.Responsible for running all laboratory analysis to monitor performance of the BTS system.Coordinate with all interval clients and external customers on BTS operations.Utilize VPO tools to achieve KPI targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, GAP analysis, MCRS, Actions logs, 5 why's, PDCA and SDCA..Effectively work with management team and champion change efforts.
 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High School education or GED.Work experience to include manufacturing.Basic knowledge of waste water treatment and handling systems.Knowledge of the malting process preferred.Strong, interpersonal, communication, technical/problem solving skills.Ability to extract, evaluate and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems.After hours call support.
