About the role :
The job covers two main roles, transversally across our Biomanufacturing Operations Center.
Lead operational excellence pursuit: be responsible for improving operational performanceOperational excellence process management contributor: assist the operations center community to develop, implement and improve operational excellence business processes
Your activities :
Identify, collect and monitor all compliance risks, collaborate with Quality Assurance and Compliance to assess and implement action plansMaintain the quality of data and information in operational excellence management systems to track activities and KPI’s (key performance indicators)Ensure alignment of operational excellence coordinators with strategy and governanceWork with operational excellence leaders to standardize operational excellence processes and tools, aligning with biomanufacturing operations center objectivesAttend operational excellence community meeting to share and adopt best practicesDevelop and maintain a challenging yet realistic operational excellence roadmapEnsure onboarding and skills development of operational excellence coordinatorsDeploy strategic alignment using Hoshin KanriAssist the department heads in setting and managing their balanced score cardsCollect improvement ideas from employees to feed the smarter ways processSupport teams to reach their objectivesManage multiple operational excellence initiatives respecting governance, budget and timelinesEnsure effective performance managementDevelop and organize the 5S community, delegate managementTrain and coach employees on operational excellence tools, processes and cultureBe present on the shopfloor to support operationsCommunicate achieved resultsEnsure coordination and communication with key stakeholders
Interested ? For this position, you must have the following training, experience and skills :
Master’s degree : chemistry, biology, engineering or pharmaceuticalPrevious relevant and successful experience in chemistry, biology, engineering or pharmaceuticalKnowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processesMinimum 5 years’ experience in lean managementHigh level of 6 Sigma, minimum green belt certification, black belt is an assetHigh leadership skillsFluent in French and good level in English
