Full time position.

Maintains and manages the CMMS software system in the Biomedical Engineering department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

Maintains and manages the CMMS software system, assisting in resolving any issue pertaining to system. Works with software vendor to resolve these issues.Maintains medical equipment preventive maintenance schedules and completion rates.Provides medical equipment maintenance reports to department managers and Environment of Care committee.Maintains medical equipment Vendor service agreements. Renewals and deletions.Trains hospital staff on proper use of CMMS service request system.Ensures medical equipment service requests are distributed and addressed in a timely manner.Orders and tracks replacement parts and supplies for medical equipment as requested by the biomed techs.Schedules and manages outside vendor preventive maintenance on medical equipment.

Education: Vocational/Technical degree in I.T. applications or related field.

Additional Experience Preferred2 years experience preferred in Biomedical or related field.
