JOB SUMMARY
The Biomedical Electronic Technician triages rental home ventilators and perform required repairs, calibration and recertification in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Apria Healthcare guidelines.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16.92 - $30.94. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Repair and recertification of home ventilators per manufacturer guidelinesExecutes testing procedures utilizing proprietary test equipment, ensures compliance to codes/manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshoots and sterilizes equipmentPerform preventive maintenance checksTriage returned devices and determine dispositionMaintain client/patient/company confidentiality; HIPAA complianceMaintain a safe and organized production/test areaPerform other related duties as assigned by supervisorReal time device maintenance history updates in Sales ForcePerforms other duties as required.
