Responsibilities
The Biomedical Equipment Technician is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. The Biomedical Equipment Technician will perform duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan the Joint Commission and other licensing accrediting and regulatory agencies. The Biomedical Equipment Tech is responsible for the calibration troubleshooting repair and preventative maintenance of medical equipment in the facility. Duties also include but are not limited to: performing daily rounds documenting work orders ordering parts researching equipment history and performing vendor management.
Qualifications
Two years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience. PC Repair demonstrates an understanding of networking principles project management skills x-ray school anesthesia training networking school. None. Preferred / Desired: A+ Network+ CBET CPHIMS.
