The Water Manager is responsible for providing direction and oversight required for installation and technical service support of water treatment and fluid delivery systems used in dialysis operations.
This position reports to the Sr Biomedical Manager
Area of Coverage:
This will cover or Southwest market
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages, & participates in the installation of new medical water treatment systems used in dialysis careInstallation and service of system components needed to repair, modify or upgrade existing medical water treatment systems used in dialysis careCoordinates & performs installation of fluid delivery systems used in dialysis care, including water and dialysis concentrate storage and distribution equipment and pipingResponsible for the Installation of NEW equipment, replacement of old equipment, upgrade water treatment systems & works very closely with GFS/CBRE (Genesis Group)Provide Technical troubleshooting for complex Water System issues.Implements solutions; conducts design and implementation reviews; researches and resolves medical water or delivery systems issues; monitors project progress and tracks action itemsResponds to teammate and/or management concerns; identifies and implements process improvementsCommunicates project status and open issues proactivelyProvide and manage metrics & reportsConducts appropriate reviews and meetings, presenting summaries and findings to senior leadershipParticipates in and provides resources for technical and clinical water systems education efforts at all levelsGrows and develops water system business designs to meet needs of the DVA enterpriseDevelopment of business system to help DVA achieve its strategic objectivesBusiness skills including budget management, project planning skills and organizational skillsIdentify and resolve problems by developing systemic solutionsExecute solutions to drive implementations and improvements in positive, proactive waysCreating clear effective written and oral communicationsProvide delivery of concise and effective presentations to all levels of the organizationOther duties as assignedQualifications Required:
Experienced – Advanced Leader Track and/or Equivalent Experience
Proficient in the use of power tools (Drills/Drivers/Cutting Tools/Band saw/Grinders etc..)
Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds
Ability to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, and use full range of body motions
MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check Required
Ability to travel up to 75% of time
Work Autonomously

Salary/ Wage Range
$82,000.00 - $121,000.00 / yearIf a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. • New York Exempt: • New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year • Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: • New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour • Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: • Bellingham: $17.66/hour • Burien: $21.16/hour • Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour • Renton: $20.90/hour • Seattle: $20.76/hour • Tukwila: $21.10/hour • Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hourFor location-specific minimum wage details, see the following link: DaVita.jobs/WageRates
