The BioPharma Project Coordinator (BPC) is a full-time position that supports the OmniSeq lab in delivering high-quality biopharmaceutical services and meet our clients' expectations. The BPC supports the revenue-generating functions of the BioPharma department by:
Supporting and facilitating the generation and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs). Managing multiple projects concurrently to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of various project deliverables.Serving as a liaison between sponsors, BPS lab staff, and the bioinformatics team regarding project statuses and timelines. Building strong relationships with sponsors' points of contact. Internally managing and coordinating the end-to-end processing of BPS cases while effectively establishing project prioritization. Creating and managing project-specific pages in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) documentation standards. Troubleshooting both technical and non-technical issues and communicating with sponsors when necessary. Facilitating bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly sponsor meetings to review project statuses. Coordinating with RCM, finance, and leadership to support client invoicing, month-end reporting, and forecasting.Requirements:
Associate's degree in biology, chemistry, or related life science (Bachelor's preferred)1-2 years of experience within a clinical or biopharma setting.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience with LIMS a plusBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
