Together, we accomplish great things In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + In collaboration with the Facilities and BBR team, maintain equipment and housekeeping services with respect to BBR Operations. + The Bioprocess Associate 1, BBR, will assist with bulk biological product manufacturing within the BBR Value Stream. Products are primarily enzymes and master mix products used in CRISPR gene therapy, NGS, clinical diagnostics, and pharmacogenomics research and testing. + Assist with BBR production manufacturing processes for enzymes and master mix products, such as unit operations including liquid blending, fermentation, lysis, filtration and clarification, liquid chromatography, and tangential flow filtration. The essential requirements of the job include: + High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Experience with quality system procedures such as change control, deviation, nonconformance, and good documentation practice are preferred. + Minimum of 1 years of experience with production of proteins and master mix products is preferred.
