Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities to significantly impact our company's growth.
MUST HAVE: Sales experience in addition to biomanufacturing experience. This role would be part time with potential to be full time if desired.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to potential clients in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors.Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.Present bioprocessing services in a clear, compelling manner.Collaborate with the team to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.Maintain an organized CRM database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.Provide regular updates on sales progress and client feedback to leadership.Essential SkillsProven experience within the biomanufacturing industry, specifically fermentation and cell culture.5–10 years of experience in biomanufacturing.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.Work Environment
Flex BioCulture specializes in advanced fermentation and cell culture bioprocessing services, supporting startups and companies through every stage of their journey, from media development to small-scale manufacturing (500mL to 5L). The role is remote with flexible hours, working 5–10 hours per two weeks.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00
