Bioprocess TechnicianShift OptionsMonday-Friday 6am-2:30pmMonday-Friday 10pm-6:30amQualificationsBachelor's degree in the Life Sciences preferredIf no degree, must have 5+ years of production experienceAbility to create and update standard operating proceduresExperience in writing deviation reportsStrong attention to detail and ability to oversee production processesJob DescriptionPerform duties associated with aseptic processes, weighing, measuring, counting, calculations, sampling, and verifications required for biological production processes.Ensure compliance with batch production records (BPR) and current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) standards.Understand the basic operation of production equipment and ensure all equipment, instruments, and production materials are released and available for use.Look up and perform transactions within the electronic inventory management system.Oversee production processes, cleaning, environmental monitoring, and personnel.Perform in-process batch quality checks per the written procedures.Follow safety rules, wear appropriate safety equipment, and maintain proper safety practices at all times.Create and update standard operating procedures and write deviation reports using basic computer skills.Complete all assigned training, including general company procedures, area procedures, equipment operation, computer operation, safety, and GMP.Generate or collect new ideas about the workplace and processes.Read and interpret batch records, quality, and safety documentation.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
