areas of responsibilityCollaborate with the Physician Service Line leader in addition to Orthopedic and Orthopedic Trauma Surgeons to facilitate Service Line Meetings focused on institute operations clinical excellence and Patient ExperienceTrauma liaison to ensure American College of Surgeons ACS guidelines are achieved and sustainedCollaborate with Nurse Navigators to optimize patient experience through the care continuum provide safe patient care through strategic initiatives focused on decreasing preventable patient returns to ED and conduct real time patient roundingProvide primary oversight of Joint Commission Disease Specific Certification for Fragility Hip Fracture including data validation with the Data Analytics TeamContinuous support towards quality and safety initiatives to meet mandatory requirements and regulations Department of Public Health CMS and Joint CommissionLead and coordinate Service Line quality improvement initiatives process improvements As
