Within BXCI, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated Loan Settlement professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the loan closing process, as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the LSTA loan settlement process, participations, as well as the ability to problem-solve and prioritize. A strong eye for detail and the ability to handle competing priorities are essential. We are seeking a candidate who is able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team and larger group setting. The successful candidate must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Job Title:  BXCI – Investment Operations –Loan Settlement Professional – Associate

Responsibilities: 

Managing the closing of par and distressed LSTA loan tradesWorking directly with our counterparts and agents to settle trades expeditiously and resolve any issues that arise during the settlement process to avoid delaysCoordinate with traders on high priority transactions and ad hoc inquiriesCollaborate with multiple teams within Investment Operations groupAbility to work closely with business teams to resolve queries and provide first level serviceLiaise with our KYC team to ensure unsettled trades are always progressingUtilize strong interpersonal and communications skills to effectively perform all daily responsibilitiesManage high priority and time-sensitive requests with internal and external stakeholdersReview credit agreements for operational informationIdentify process gaps, perform root cause analysis, and help design solutions to support the streamlining of related work processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience settling LSTA par loans (primary and secondary)Strong skills in Clearpar Settlement PlatformLoan servicing skills (paydowns, rollovers and rate sets) preferredCommercial awarenessStrong verbal and written communication skills as the role requires engaging with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.High attention to detailResults oriented, deadline driven and resourceful person who thrives in a dynamic environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

Expected annual base salary range:

$120,000 - $140,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
