Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Analyst will join Blackstone Infrastructure’s Institutional Client Solutions team in New York. This team is responsible for investor communications for Blackstone’s Infrastructure equity funds. The Analyst will spearhead multiple projects at one time employing a range of skillsets. The Analyst will spend significant time with members of the firm’s infrastructure group across the US and Europe, including the investment, portfolio operations & asset management, legal/compliance, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Maintain fundraising pipeline and new product development processPrepare briefing memos for senior management prior to investor meetingsCreate and maintain limited partner prospect lists by regionDraft LP correspondenceRespond to investor requestsHelp design new business proposals to meet investor objectivesCreate and maintain investor indication of interests (IOI)Attend in office meetings with clients, prepare call notes post meeting, as well as coordinating and executing on any follow-up itemsSystematically track follow up by investorConduct research around business development trends or themes by geography and/or client typeCoordinate, create, and review bespoke investor presentations that leverage investment activity and valuations across all fundsDraft presentations, marketing plans and memorandums for senior managementAssist with planning Limited Partner Annual Meeting

This professional will have active involvement with the senior leaders of one of the largest infrastructure managers in the world and will support a highly productive fundraising team.

Qualifications:                                 

Qualified candidates will have worked in investment banking, private placements, or private banking for 1+ years and have experience in institutional sales, investment banking, or asset management. Candidates should also have strong commercial understanding, excellent communication skills, effective presentation abilities, and possess strong analytical skills.

Expected annual base salary range:

$100,000 - $125,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
