Job Description:        

This role will support the Chief Operating Officer of a BXMA Total Portfolio Management business and offers the opportunity to work with an experienced team that develops and manages customized client portfolios.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities will include:

General day-to-day support for the COO executing requests from key constituents of the business

Managing the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with the investment, accounting, operations, reporting, technology, tax, compliance and legal teams

Coordinating and developing internal business reporting, including deliverables for leadership

Identifying areas for process improvements and leading process improvement initiatives

As part of the process improvement initiatives, helping assess technology needs for the platform and working with relevant stakeholders on scoping and implementation

Developing and maintaining operational procedures for the business

Assisting with the management of client launches

Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant work experience

Experience working with a combination of investment, accounting, operations, technology, tax, compliance and legal teams

Expected annual base salary range:

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
