Blackstone Equity Healthcare (BXEH) seeks a highly motivated, service-oriented Analyst to support the account management team. Reporting to the head of operations, the Analyst will have primary responsibility for designing and executing BXEH’s Community Initiative and will lead all account management functions.
Job Summary:
The candidate will be a main point-of-contact for portfolio companies, suppliers, external consultants, internal stakeholders, and other key partners, focused on building and maintaining strong rapport, providing tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and an exceptional service experience.
The candidate will also design and execute events and experiences for Blackstone portfolio company attendees, focused on networking and best practice sharing, with the goal of enabling Blackstone’s portfolio companies to meet and learn from each other.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong rapport with portfolio companies, understanding their needs and advocating on their behalf.
Account Strategy: Create and implement strategies to achieve goals and ensure satisfaction.
Community Building & Communication: Serve as the main liaison between portfolio companies and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely responses to inquiries and issues. Design, execute and oversee Community Initiative and annual communications suite to portfolio companies, including webinars, live networking opportunities, newsletters, ad hoc communications, etc.
Event Planning: Coordinate and execute annual or bi-annual conferences for 100+ attendees.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful execution.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
Contract Management: Assist in negotiating and renewing contracts, ensuring compliance with policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
1+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
Commitment to service excellence with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple company issues/asks simultaneously.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive client management approach.
Team-oriented with ability to adapt to support group operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or business development.
Knowledge of the US healthcare system and self-funded insurance.
Previous experience in a client-facing role.

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $120,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
