**Job Title: Blender Operator** **Pay Rate: $21.80/hr** **Job Overview** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Blender Operator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for following supervisors' instructions, ensuring accurate mixing, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in production, be capable of lifting up to 55 lbs. repetitively, and have a basic understanding of mixing instructions and templates. **Key Responsibilities** + Follow and carry out instructions provided by supervisors to ensure production goals are met. + Lift and move materials up to 55 lbs. repetitively during each shift. + Utilize templates to mix products accurately according to established formulas and specifications. + Double-check measurements and weights to ensure the correct amount of ingredients are mixed. + Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools. + Operate equipment and machinery safely, adhering to all plant safety and cleanliness standards. + Work with daily production templates to blend ingredients and prepare products for the assigned production line. **Essential Skills & Qualifications** + Previous production or manufacturing experience. + Knowledge of mixing, blending, and batch preparation processes. + Forklift operation experience (preferred). + Strong math skills and proficiency with a calculator. + Familiarity with sanitation procedures, including CIP (Cleaning in Place). + Ability to follow all plant cleanliness, safety, and operational protocols. + Experience in food production or food manufacturing is a plus. **Why Work Here?** + Join a locally owned and operated Food & Beverage manufacturer that is experiencing growth and expanding its proprietary product lines. + Enjoy working in a spacious, well-lit, and organized facility. + During the summer months, food trucks are available on-site to treat employees. + Excellent growth opportunities after the contract period for high-performing team members. **Work Environment** + **Shift** : 3rd shift, with 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM). + **Schedule** : Rotating schedule with three 12-hour shifts one week (36 hours) and four 12-hour shifts the next week (48 hours).
