In this position, you will be responsible for the entire blending process which includes staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading the finished product. You will also operate a sit-down forklift and ensure the smooth functioning of machinery and reactors. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols is essential. Timely execution of tasks and effective communication of any issues to the Team Lead is crucial. You'll be involved in cross-departmental assistance, performing various tests, and undertaking maintenance tasks during downtime. The manufacturing environment is large and not temperature-controlled, being hot in the summer and mild in the winter, particularly near large kilns. We offer 1st and 2nd shift schedules on a 2-3-2 rotating basis, averaging 42 hours per week. Safe footwear and appropriate clothing are part of the dress code, with a range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and mandatory in certain areas. Opportunities for overtime are available once trained, with no mandatory overtime. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MOORESVILLE, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
