Job DescriptionAs a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by producing finished goods using various types and sizes of equipment. This position requires attention to detail and precision in weighing raw materials and following batch recipes. You will be responsible for recording data, measuring and adjusting pH levels, and executing manufacturing protocols according to work instructions.
ResponsibilitiesBlend and produce finished goods using various types and sizes of equipment.Ensure accuracy in weighing raw materials for use in batches.Follow recipes for various processes using Batch Sheets.Record data such as lot numbers and measurements in batch sheets, checklists, and logs.Measure and adjust pH levels as required.Prepare materials in work areas according to the assigned production schedule.Execute manufacturing protocols according to work instructions.Complete work orders using Warehouse Management System scanners to maintain accurate records.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Forklift experience with the ability to pass the forklift license test.Experience with scanners.Blending experience from any industry.GMP experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work alongside scientists, specialists, and technicians in a collaborative environment. The West Chester site hosts 50 employees, with 7 dedicated to your department. Ensure safety by wearing steel-toed safety shoes/boots on the production floor. Standard working hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime when necessary.

This is a Contract position based out of West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
