Your role and responsibilitiesWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to drive the growth of our Solutions, Products, and Services within the Middle-East market. This role is pivotal in achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets, ensuring sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities and leading a high-performing sales team.Key Responsibilities:•\tDevelop and execute an effective sales strategy for the Middle-East market to enhance market penetration and achieve growth aspirations.•\tLead and coach the sales organization to meet sales targets for Solutions, Products, and Services.•\tMonitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to ensure business growth.•\tIdentify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers.•\tLead the negotiation of key strategic contracts and manage customer relationships.•\tEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback.•\tCollaborate across divisions and teams to maximize results and share knowledge.•\tManage potential risks, including cybersecurity, and ensure compliance with internal and statutory regulations.#LI-Hybrid
Qualifications for the role20+ years of experience in Process/Automation/Engineering Sales.Proven leadership skills in managing complex CAPEX projects.Strategic mindset with the ability to manage long-term customer relationships and complex negotiations.Experience in Portfolio Management, Business Strategy, and Market Intelligence.Proficient in using sales tools such as SFDC and Risk Review.Advanced knowledge of Regulation & Legal compliance, and Contract & Risk Management.Perfect written and verbal English language skills, fluency in Arabic language is an advantage.Strong drive, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
