What’s the job?

The Blending Supervisor supervises Blending Operators in their daily activities to provide the manufacturing department with the proper mix/blend of raw materials to produce vinyl siding within the vinyl extrusion process. 

This Supervisor provide leadership and accountability of Blending Operators and Coordinator including training, performance management, monitors time and attendance through UKG, and coaching and performance management/discipline as needed. This Supervisor is also responsible for the completion of regular material cycle counts and also supervises the Grinding Operation.
