Key Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:
This position will support the organization in implementing the Blocked Party Screening policies and processes. This position will do this by monitoring and reporting if offices and departments are complying with the mandatory screening requirements. This position will also provide be responsible for preparing analysis, monitoring of hit match clearing, and administering the software used by World Vision to track blocked parties (e.g. WatchDog).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Screening Desk Review and Monitoring - Ensure that offices and departments that must perform mandatory screening are doing so. This includes reviewing and keeping up-to-date with the policies which include the list of offices and donors that require. Monitor and track screening activity and prepare reports and analysis for review by stakeholders and leaders.

System Administration - Provide technical support on the blocked party software, e.g. WatchDog. This includes software maintenance, historic data preservation, screening list maintenance, batch screening setup and process configuration, developing process flows and "hit screening" protocols, and overall screening module configuration. updating users in the system and providing support to its users such as resetting password, providing access. Maintain updated user’s list per division.

Batch Screening – Screening Robotics Management. Ensure all offices with mandatory screening requirements submit the annual batch screening for current and potential vendors/ suppliers, current employees and partners. Process the annual batch screening and share the batch screening result to all offices on time.

Hit Match Clearing – Analyze the status of clearing the possible hit match per office on a regular basis.

Perform other duties as required.

Continuously improve, develop or recommend improvements to processes and tools.

Attend and participate in meetings, team events, devotionals, and conferences that may be assigned.

Promote World Vision’s values through example and hold self and others accountable for the same across the team.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Proficient user in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Has some knowledge and skills on Power BI.

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively with a diverse stakeholder.

Must demonstrate ability to work under strict deadlines and solution-based approach to resolving problems.

Very good written and verbal communication in English.

Bachelors/University degree in the area of Finance / Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.


Preferred:

At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in an international NGO or similar environment.

Has experience and knowledge on systems administration and project management.

Has experience working in a multi-cultural, geographically dispersed work environment.

Required strong background in administrative functions in a busy environment.

Knowledge of various donor requirements like USG, EU, Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (formerly DFID), AUSAID, Global Affairs Canada (GAC) would be an added advantage.

Deep knowledge and experience on Blocked Party Screening Programme of World Vision.


Work Environment/Travel:

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Able to perform computer and office function, and travel.
