The Blood bank at UHealth/University of Miami has several exciting openings for Medical Technologists, Supervisor of Laboratory Services, and Clinical Laboratory Assistant for the Blood Bank in our Medical Campus

Positions requirements below.

CLINICAL LABORATORY ASSISTANT

Previous Lab experience required

Full Time MEDICAL TECHNOLOGISTS 2 - $10,000 SIGN -ON BONUS

Florida State Medical Technologist License in the areas of: Hematology, Chemistry, Immunohematology, Immunology and Microbiology.

2 years of experience

Part Time MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST 2

Florida State Medical Technologist License in the areas of: Hematology, Chemistry, Immunohematology, Immunology and Microbiology.

2 years of experience

SUPERVISOR OF LABORATORY SERVICES

Florida State Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license

2 years of experience

Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:

Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.

Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.

Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.

Commitment to the University’s core values.

Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment.

Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.
