Our teams are diverse, creative, focused, and fun! **What’sthe role?** + You will join as a research analystresearching the energy transition in a selection of markets across the globe. + The research will cover a broadrange of qualitative and quantitative indicators related to decarbonization ofpower and transport sector. Indicators spam from policy mechanisms put in placeby government, to the economic and operational conditions that make a marketattractive to investors. Together these indicators will allow you to acquire athorough understanding of each market, which you will summarize in countryoverviews. + As part of your work in theClimatescope project, you will also contribute in bringing together research on140 markets globally produced by analysts in 2025 to deliver the variousproducts and analysis planned for this year’s release in 4Q. **Wewill trust you to:** + Become an expert on the dynamicsthat drive the energy transition globally and in particular in your focuscountries. + Research, analyze and writeabout the latest developments in your focus countries, including policydevelopments, economic trends, clean energy deployment, analysis ondecarbonization of the power, transport and buildings sectors, and otherrelevant topics. + Produce research templates,policy records and country overviews for your focus markets in English. + Explain interesting trends on yourresearch to your colleagues and clients via email, telephone and in-personmeetings. **Youneed to have:** + Intellectual curiosity,interest in and enthusiasm for the energy transition; a desire to become anexpert on the particular challenges and opportunities of operating in the cleanenergy sector. + Good research and communicationskills: research quantitative and qualitative data, sense of prioritization,good writing skills. + Fluency in English and advancedSpanish. + Good time management skills,initiative and ability to work on multiple tasks at once + A Bachelor’s degree in policy,economics, finance, natural sciences or engineering. + Ability to think critically anddevelop thoughtful opinions by cutting through the noise of data, finding keypatterns, applying judgment to the claims of energy sector stakeholders andasking insightful questions. + Ability to distill andcommunicate complex topics to non-specialist audiences. **We’d love to see:** + Candidates with previousexperience in relevant areas, such as organizations formulating or analyzingenergy policy, or focusing on energy sector trends in emerging markets. + A graduate degree in subjectsrelated to the energy transition. + Proficiency in other languages,especially French. **If this sounds like you:** Apply if we believe you're a good match, we'll get in touch with you to let you know the next steps.
