Position: Blow Molding Process Technician We are looking for a skilled and experienced Blow Molding Process Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves ensuring the proper setup and operation of injection blow molding machines, while optimizing the quality and productivity of the molding processes. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently start up, shut down, set up, and troubleshoot injection blow molding machines. Optimize processes to increase efficiency, product quality, and reduce waste. Communicate with previous and incoming shifts about work assignments and production expectations. Review production processes and maintain required documentation. Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations, including HACCP and FSSC standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment using 5S principles. Provide technical support to machine operators and team leaders. Required Qualifications: Experience with mounting/dismounting molds in blow molding machines and start-up/shut down procedures. Strong mechanical knowledge of injection blow molding machines and processes. Willingness and ability to repair, set up, start, troubleshoot, and shut down machines when necessary. Strong quality awareness and attention to detail. Ability to solve complex issues in the technical field. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Reliability, diligence, and a strong willingness to learn. Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
