Objective: Responsible for driving the sales and distribution of the Blueprint Spirits and Wine Portfolio throughout their assigned territory. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts, identify new business opportunities, and effectively manage sales representatives. Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Representative Management
Lead, supervise, and direct all assigned Sales Representatives to maximize sales and distribution Develop and maintain effective customer relationships, promoting company goodwill throughout the trade Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to sales staff to ensure performance goals are met Ensure accurate and timely collections of Accounts Receivable within primary accounts, adhering to the NY SLA credit calendar Implement and oversee Blueprint team’s monthly and quarterly performance for pay (PFP) initiatives Maintain and optimize sales territory routing, proactively making adjustments as neededAccount Management
Develop and grow relationships with key accounts, maintaining a weekly visitation schedule Identify and emphasize sales opportunities for all Blueprint brands Maintain consistent call frequency with key accounts and provide coverage for routes as needed Assist in the development and execution of beverage programs in collaboration with the beer sales team Conduct in-store tastings, promotions, and other sales-driving initiatives Ensure proper execution of marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and salesGeneral Requirements
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the assigned territory, industry trends, and market conditions Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to optimize brand positioning and sales strategy Assist in selling the entire Craft New York portfolio where applicable Conduct monthly sales meetings and performance reviews with management Provide detailed sales reporting and market analysis Perform other related duties as assigned
