Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
Experience in installation, configuration, and administration of different BMC ADDM and Discovery versions.
Experience in Discovery clustering and scanner-consolidator.
BMC Discovery integration with BMC CMDB.
Troubleshooting discovery issues of Windows, Linux servers, network devices, storage devices, etc.
Hands-on Pattern Language (TPL) scripting is used to perform requirements-based customization.
Application modeling using CAM and SAAM.
OS and Discovery Upgrade.
Discovery Backup and Restore.
Discovery operational Support experience.
Working Knowledge of RSSO, DWP, Smart IT, Smart Reporting, Analytics & Dashboards.
Working knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, DBFS, etc.
Troubleshooting and analysis of smart reports
creation of ad-hoc reports
Understanding of ITIL.
Good verbal and written skills
