Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

Provide L3 operational support on TrueSight (TSOM), BHOM , as per agreed SLAs
Implement, customize, and configure BMC products.
Maintain TSOM Application platform availability as per agreed availability commitment
Integrate BMC products to each other and third-party applications.
Troubleshoot TrueSight application, customizations, integration issues.
Follow the ITIL standard best processes.
Recommend & plan upgrades/patches and roll out of new features
Understands how to apply technology to improve the operational effectiveness or efficiency of specific functions or applications.
Assist customer drive adoption of the monitoring solution across the environments
Work closely with Service Owners to review service delivery quality with focus on continuous improvement
Working knowledge of latest version of BMC Products, various migration tools along with BMC Helix.
Working knowledge of SaaS, Cloud Technologies and various Integrations
Working Knowledge of TrueSight Ops Management, Patrol, TrueSight Synthetic Monitoring, TMART, Entuity, Prometheus, Grafana, Atrium Orchestrator, etc.
Ability to work with significant deadlines for SRE & DevOps projects.
Working knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, DBFS, etc.
Able to design & document the requirements comprehensively to execute the Project Plans.
Ability to automate complex requirements using scripting. Very good troubleshooting skills to debug the scripts - DOS Batch, Power Shell, Perl, Python, Unix Shell script and Java Scripts, etc.
Hard Working, dedicated & effective communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
Basic understanding & work experience on BMC products - BMC Remedy, BMC Discovery, BMC App Visibility Manager, BMC End User Experience Monitoring tool.
Provide L2/L3 operational support on BPPM/TrueSight, BMC Server Automation, as per agreed SLAs
Experience in L3 Support, Administration and Development is essential.
Maintain BPPM/TruesSight platform availability as per agreed availability commitment
Develop new customizations, integrations, and reports
Troubleshoot BPPM/TrueSight application, customizations, integration issues
Assess IT infrastructure data effectively using BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization
Implement cost-effective resource utilization strategies
Generate insightful reports using BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization .
Fundamental understanding of the functionality of BMC True Sight Capacity Optimization solutions and architecture along with different Integration methods
Proven ability to configure BCO per client requirements and adhere to best practices for the following criteria:
· Performance and response time · Capacity and growth · High availability and failover
· Disaster and recovery · Security · At least 2 years of enterprise Capacity & management solutions experience
Follow the ITIL standard best processes.
