Introduction:
We are seeking a BMI E&I (Bulk Material Handling Electrical and Instrumentation) Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and managing all elements of project including financial, resourcing, construction, procurement, scheduling etc. Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in accordance with Metso Outotec processes, tools and policies, utilizing solid Project Management practices.

This position is mainly located in York, PA but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. This position will require 10% travel.

You will join a team of project managers dedicated to managing projects and leading project teams, ensuring deliveries are properly resourced, meet customer expectations, fulfill contract obligations, and achieve targets for safety, quality, schedule and budget.
What You’ll Do:
Build Strong Relationships: Manage communication and relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Drive Project Success: Ensure robust scope change management practices are followed to deliver projects successfully. Champion Continuous Improvement: Manage lessons learned, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders. Engage in Strategic Meetings: Participate in project portfolio meetings to align on goals and progress. Support Warranty Processes: Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution during the warranty process. Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure information updates are accurately reflected in the Installed Base. Contribute to Sales Success: Provide technical and cost input for sales cases and proposals.Who You Are:
