Lead and set up assembly operations for BESS integration from cell to container Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in all assembly operations Provide strong technical expertise in process and industrialization design for battery packs & containers Drive innovation and continuous improvement in assembly processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize assembly operations Develop and implement best practices for pack and container assembly Oversee compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing assembly team Identify and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge Manage budget, resources, and timelines for assembly operations Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (preferred)
