BMS Engineer
We have opportunities for BMS Engineers to join us at\nHoneywell, in the UK, within our projects and services teams. Our Projects\nteams focus on the delivery of assigned projects identifying value engineering\nopportunities. They are responsible for implementing and completing the design\nof projects with our customers using skills and knowledge within BMS &\ncontrol systems, HVAC control, integration, and applications. Our Service teams\nwork closely with our customers, carrying out planned preventative maintenance,\nre-active calls, out of hours support and commissioning of BMS systems

Key requirements
Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems carrying out commissioning of small automation and controls projectsModify and Interrogate BMS Software programs, strategies, and systemsWork closely with Project Managers assisting with the production and coordination of the engineering / design submittal such as Equipment Schedule & Schematics, I/O data point List, Device / Wiring Layout Drawings and Installation/Commissioning along with development and submittal of both FAT and SAT documentationContinually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordinglyDevelop and maintain excellent customer relations with our client base at varying sitesKey skills and qualifications
Previous experience working with BMS systems and controls with knowledge of operating and maintaining HVAC systems or commissioning and installation of such systemsExperience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus and ModbusA good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessmentsAbility to trouble shoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works quickly and effectivelyGreat communications skills both written and verbal to be able to compile and complete reports and build strong customer relationshipsOur offer
