Job Summary:

HP is seeking a seasoned Business Management System (BMS) leader to oversee the strategic and operational performance of the India Print Market. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving alignment between functional teams, markets, and global business units to ensure seamless execution of strategic objectives. The role demands exceptional business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to navigate a highly dynamic and complex environment.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Operational Excellence:

Develop and execute high-impact operational planning initiatives/ Reporting/Manage Weekly Management Insights and Reviews on Current Business Updates .Drive the creation and refinement of BMS frameworks to ensure the effective execution of India Print Market strategies.Align the Long-Term Plan (LTP), Budget, Quota, and Game Plan processes with global guidelines and ensure localized adaptation.Manage Weekly Management reviews/ Category Calender and Own cadences and Process efficiency for Optimized Business Operations

Performance Management & Insights:

Implement data-driven performance management systems to optimize business outcomes.Analyze market trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive market share growth.Provide detailed guidance on India-specific operational efficiencies and improvements.

Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and accountability.Foster collaboration between categories, markets, and global business units to drive synergies in the India Print Market.Build a high-performance culture, enabling teams to achieve excellence.

Execution Management:

Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives for the India Print Market, including trade-offs and prioritization. E2E Cost and Discount effecienciesOversee the integration of workstreams, sub-processes, and execution plans across teams to achieve organizational goals.Lead executive reviews to assess and refine strategies.

Business Development & Stakeholder Management:

Provide strategic advice to leadership on market penetration strategies and customer engagement.Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and key decision-makers.

Key Competencies:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).12+ years of experience in operational excellence, business planning, and strategy implementation, preferably in the print or high-tech industries.Proven track record of driving results in a complex, matrixed environment.Strong knowledge of BMS frameworks, with the ability to localize global strategies for the Indian market.Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like Power BI and MS Office.
