Are you an experienced professional in mechanical and electrical plant operations? BGIS Technical Services is looking for a Hospital BMS/Plant Operator to help manage and maintain critical building systems in a healthcare environment.
About the Role
As a BMS/Plant Operator, you will:
Monitor and respond to alarms on the Building Management System (BMS) Conduct regular inspections of essential hospital equipment, including generators, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and medical gas plants Make minor system adjustments to optimize performance Work closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth operations Provide reports and participate in client meetingsWhat You Need
Storng experience in mechanical or electrical plant operations or HVAC Experience operating Building Management Systems, with Honeywell experience preferred Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentQualifications
Trade Licence in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARTIC) Restricted Electrical Licence White Card (General Construction Induction) Valid Driver’s Licence · Why Join Us?
