Dealership:L0110 BMW Seattle Lithia BMW of Seattle is Hiring! Pay will be offered at range of $20-$22 hourly depending on experience. Schedule will be a 4 shift a week @ 10 hours each. To include some weekends. Exact schedule can be discussed at interview and may be somewhat flexible. BMW of Seattle is currently seeking a BMW Genius to join their team. This role involves delivering comprehensive product information throughout the sales and aftersales processes, including vehicle configuration, product presentation, test drives, delivery/handover, and customer service after purchase. Area of Responsibility: + Support sales representatives before, during and after the sale with focus on the customer product experience. + Demonstrate key technologies and explain benefits to customers. + Troubleshoot any customer needs or concerns with tech support. + Assist in test-drives to explain technologies and features of vehicle to customer. + Use technologies with demonstration of software, including video product presenter to showcase vehicle configuration in photo-realistic fashion. + Go under intensive training to ensure up to date knowledge of BMW products and features.
