Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Board Assistant


Primary Responsibilities
•    Support for the Board of the company (including calendar management, correspondence and document circulation, organization of meetings and business trips, assistance in the relocation process of Board members).
•    Cooperation with the HR department in ongoing initiatives.
•    Preparation of presentation materials.
•    Organizing key stakeholder visits, agenda, logistics, ensuring positive experience.
•    Extensive email, video conference (MS Teams) and phone liaison externally and internally.
•    System and data management support.
•    Handle confidential matters requiring discretion and judgment.
•    Collaboration with all company departments.

Key Requirements/ Qualifications
Demonstrable extensive EA experience supporting at Senior Management/Managing Director level.


Technical
•    Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Fluent written and verbal English.

•    Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask
•    Ability to work independently, effectively and remain calm under pressure
•    Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with a positive helpful attitude and teamwork skills
