Board Certified Assistant Behavior Professional

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) provides behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation for preschool-aged children within Fraser's Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program.  You'll have the opportunity to provide work direction to other staff within our clinic and help Fraser provide the best care to all of our clients. 

The starting pay range for this position is $57,500 to $60,000 dependent on qualifications

Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders or related disorders utilizing principles of behavior analysis. This may include curriculum assessment, data collection, data analysis, task analysis, functional analysis and goal writing.  Provide work direction to direct care staff in ABA program. Participate in weekly team meetings. Collaborate with other service providers and community partners.

Requirements:

Current BCaBA certification required and meets one of the following: Have 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training in the examination and/or treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related condition OR Completed the equivalent in graduate-level coursework at an accredited university. Coursework must be documented in one or more of the following areas: ASD or a related condition diagnostics, ASD or a related condition treatment strategies or child development.
