OverviewThis position will include work in high acuity mental health initiatives, including a partial hospitalization program (day treatment program) and an inpatient medical-surgical unit designed for stabilization and treatment of youth with medical/psychiatric complexity and/or severe behavior, including those with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental differences. The BCBA will collaborate with BCBA-D faculty, other BCBA and behavior tech staff, clinical psychology and psychiatry faculty, and a comprehensive multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding evidence-based care to youth with the complexities outlined above. Additionally, this position will play a key role in staff training
To ensure proper behavior analytic services are provided to the patients in our outpatient clinics and inpatient services. Develop, plan and implement strategies for parent training, patient care, and staff development.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $28.25/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
