**Overview**

**What You Can Expect:**
+ Conducts comprehensive assessments, including thorough observations, interviews, and analysis of medical records and other relevant information
+ Develops and manages program oversight and compliance in collaboration with service line leadership
+ Provides supervision to behavioral interventional staff, including staff development, training, and modeling for team members in strategies and methodologies for successful implementation of the treatment plan in inpatient and clinical settings
+ Variety of inpatient and outpatient settings
+ Local travel required
+ Flexible schedule- 5, 8's OR 4,10 option
+ Full benefits with hospital contributions
**Qualifications:**
+ Education: Master's Degree
+ Experience: 3 years' experience
+ Licenses/Certifications: Board Certificated Behavioral Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)– By the Behavior Analyst Certification Board OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst Doctoral (BCBA-D) By the Behavior Analyst Certification Board AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
