Benefits: + Incredibly flexible Health Insurance plans + Education Reimbursement + Paid time off + Opportunities for internal promotions What You’ll Do: + Oversee the special education program for students enrolled in Andwell TELS’s education center with an ITP. + Conduct functional behavior assessments, accurately identifying the function of challenging behavior and socially valid, pivotal behaviors to target. + Develop strong collaborative relationships with the interdisciplinary team and provides training to staff to implement effective applied behavior analysis techniques. + Develop behavior goals according to the needs and abilities of the child. + Supervise BHP’s as required. What You’ll Bring: + Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). + Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field required. + One year of clinical experience preferred.
